Welcome to the Table de Roussan !

 Our new Chef, Vincent Boudet, greets you with his all staff in a warm welcome and offer you a tasty “cuisine” with Provence flavours.

He moved in a lot of great restaurants abroad (Ireland, United States, Spain, Monaco, Canada), then came back in Provence since 7 years and set up “Nuances Traiteur” in Arles. He’s vouching for savoir faire and quality, and his reputation is firmly established.

Today, returning to his one’s first love, Vincent Boudet come back to the gastronomic restauration in the enchanting setting of the Chateau de Roussan, in its wonderful park with wonderful hundred year old trees and refined interior decoration.
